Growing up in Japan, Christina Pagan learned at a young age the importance of viewing the world with a different lens, bridging barriers and making connections with others. As an adult, she has spent the better part of her career serving Western New Yorkers with their personal wellness needs. With a degree in Psychology, she served as a liaison for people with disabilities for 20 years as advocate, counselor and navigator in order to help them meet their individual life and health needs. Personal development and achievement became her fields of interest as she has progressed in her career. Christina’s own health needs left her spending decades and tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills, only to be told there is no cure (or even treatment!) for her ailments, let alone any answers as to why she fell sick to begin with.

Christina took her power back with countless years of research, trials and error and lifestyle changes, learning about holism, quantum healing and vibrational/energetic medicine. Christina credits Reiki (a Japanese method of healing) as the spark that ignited her understanding of the body, mind and soul and how they interact to determine one’s health. Now, a Master of Reiki healing as well as a Life Coach and Spiritual Mentor, Christina intends to share this wealth of knowledge and the skills she has developed to assist and empower her clients toward success in their healing journey. She calls this The Warrior’s Path as it takes courage to make change and strength is found along the way. Christina offers Reiki healing as well as Transformational Coaching Services to her clients, each with the intent of helping individuals to seek a way of life that helps to heal the root cause of dis-ease instead of merely treating symptoms.

Christina and The Warrior’s Path Healing Center (located within Vital Roots Chiropractic & Wellness) offer individual Reiki sessions as well as ongoing Transformational Coaching Services.
